Meeting Competency for Supervisors and Managers Under the Occupational Health and Safety Act

This course will focus on the definitions of competence under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and how it is interpreted in case history by the government. It will provide a comparison of the differences and similarities of the responsibilities and requirements of health and safety professional, the supervisor and senior and middle management. Sample tools will also be distributed and used during the training to assist you when you return to your workplace. Various case studies will be conducted to solidify the key factors presented during the training session.
