Quality Control Manager (QCM)
RTS Consulting’s on-staff quality control managers are certified, trained and equipped to provide a high level of competence on constructions projects leading to success. Our QCMs have the following to meet the USACE & NAVFAC criteria:
5+ years of Quality Control experience, Environment Compliance Assessment Training & Tracking Systems, Construction Quality Management for Contractors, OSHA30 Construction, EM385-1-1, First Aid/CPR
Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) Services
RTS has a team of qualified safety professionals who provide primary SSHO coverage for NAVFAC/USACE construction projects. Our SSHOs have their CSP and/or CHST, OSHA 30 Construction, 40hr EM385-1-1 and the relevant competent person training in fall protection, scaffolding, excavation & trenching, electrical safety, and confined spaces.
Safety Audits and Assessments
Our team conducts thorough safety audits to identify potential and actual hazards within your workplace and jobsite. By assessing risks associated with your operations, equipment, and workers, we create a detailed report outlining areas needing improvement and offer strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and reduce client workers compensation claims.
Safety & Health Training
RTS offers a wide variety of safety and health training courses to help you maintain a safe and compliant work environment. We can provide awareness, end-user, and competent person level training in fall protection, confined spaces, scaffolding, excavation & trenching, electrical safety, rigging, and PPE, as well as OSHA 10 & 30 Construction, First Aid/CPR/AED, and equipment training (forklift, aerial lift, scissor lift, boom truck, etc.).
On-Call Safety Maintenance
Support – Our safety maintenance support program provides comprehensive safety and health program development and management. Starting with an initial safety documentation review and site assessment, RTS can help develop your safety program from the ground up to ensure long-term compliance and employee safety, and help reduce Worker’s Compensation/Insurance rates.
Expert Witness Services
